This November marks 4 years of being in remission.
Thanks to the work of Cancer Research and other such charities my children still have a father, my wife a husband and my parents a son.

So to celebrate still being here, on November 17th I'm going to pop off to Tanzania and climb a mountain and it's going to be great bloody fun.

Would I expect you lot to pay for my trip?  Hell no!!!
I'm paying 100% if all costs so every penny donated goes to where it's needed.

Give a lot
Give a little
Or don't give at all
(preferably not the latter)
But if you are giving do so with the knowledge that it could be an investment in your own future or that of a loved one
