Here we are then, the day has arrived. One last push from all my facebook buddies and that will push the sponsorship on. That will also give me the one last push to cover the 9 mile course. BRING IT ON!!!

Fantastic effort from everyone who has sponsored me so far. Let's see if I can get to £150...
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm running 9 miles cross country over natural and man made obstacles (http://www.sodburyslog.co.uk/) in aid of EACH.
Why? Earlier this year my wife's cousin lost her daughter Katelyn to a neuromuscular condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), type 1. Katelyn was just nine months old.
Following Katelyn's diagnosis back in December, the family were referred to EACH at Quidenham in Norfolk. EACH (East Anglia's Children's Hospice) offer support and care to families of children with life threatening conditions and complex care needs.
I never met Katelyn but know from her mum, Rachel, and my wife's family who did meet her that she was the happiest little girl who spent her short little life smiling and being the cheekiest little character anyone has ever met.
Please take a moment to read about the condition SMA (http://www.jtsma.org.uk/aboutsma.html) and the hospices of EACH (http://www.each.org.uk/). If you can please support them with a donation.
