My sister had stage 3 breast cancer and had chemo, mastectomy, radiotherapy and reconstruction. CancerCare helped her to cope with all her treatment and issues she faced when diagnosed. My sister-in-law is about to have a double mastectomy and will require similar support. I want to help CancerCare to continue the good work they do for local families as they did for mine. This illness effects more people than we realise.
