Last Christmas, one of my closest friends Reuben Murray's Mum, Gail, was diagnosed with cancer.

In April this year Gail sadly lost her fight to cancer and passsed away.

In memory of Gail and in aid of Cancer Research UK, Gail's 3 son's, Reuben, Luke, Alex, have arranged a charity cycle from John O Groat's to Lands End (JOGLE).

I am honoured and proud to be a part of this challenge and after knowing Gail since I was 7 years old it really wasn't a difficult decision for me to take part in this ride.

Please dig as deep as you can to help us raise money for this incredible charity and get us all a little closer to a cure for this devastating disease.
