This is the last of 4 rides that I will be doing this year, I will be cycling the 140 mile C2C route from Whitehaven to Sunderland for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, my chosen charity.  I understand that people may want to support me but not the MND Ass. so thought that on the 5th anniversary of my brother Terry's passing I would give everyone a choice. 

So this ride is for the MND Association in memory of my brother Terry who died from this horrendous disease.
