Always wanted to take part in the Great Scottish Run and do the half marathon but this year comes with even more reason to help support the amazing charity that is MSA Trust. They offer support to those who are cruelly cast with this devastating disease. 

Unfortunately my best mates mother had been struggling with this for the past few years and devastatingly the illness took over this year and took her away from us. We will always smile when we think of Val as she was as gorgeous as she was on the outside as she was on the inside. Doing this one for you Val! 

If you are about in Glasgow on 2nd October, feel free to come along and cheer me on…..or laugh at my beetroot face!
