I am currently in full training mode for this enormous physical and mental challenge!  My body doesn't know what is happening to it but it will be all worth it when crossing the finishing line!  The challenge is to cycle 430 miles over 7 days.  The cost of employing a Marie Curie Nurse is £20 per hour so please dig deep and give generously as it is for a very worthy cause.
