In May last year Dan and I decided that we would like to run the Bristol 10k. It was later that year that we decided to raise money for a great charity, we choose GWAAC because a little over a year ago my dad was involved in an accident which ended up with him sustaining serious injuries, which meant that he needed the critical care team on the scene. The staff from the air ambulance were asked to attend and gave him the urgent help he needed, which we believe almost certainly saved his life.

We therefore thought we would give a little in return for the amazing work these people do in helping those who urgently need them.

Please help this charity, who fully rely on donations, to keep assisting the emergency services by donating as much or as little as you can afford.
