As most of you know I lost a very dear friend of mine in 2012 to a heart infection called Endocarditis. I've known Pete since 2001 and during that time we've shared many highs and lows, both of which bound us together in a state of friendship that I'll never forget.

Pete was one of the most wonderful people I'll ever have the privilege of knowing, and in knowing him as well as I did I can count myself as truly lucky. He, together with Kier and Thom are the closest thing I'll ever have to brothers, and in Pete I got to play with perhaps the only drummer that I'll ever share a near telepathic connection with,  so understandably, his loss has been felt deeply.

This run, set up by Pete's father, Tony, and his brother, John, is our tribute to his indomitable spirit in the face of such difficult tasks, and on the day we hope to do him proud and raise a bit of cash for a very worthy cause.
