<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot; COLOR; font-size: 11.5pt;">Hi everyone,</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot; COLOR; font-size: 11.5pt;">Just a quick note to say thank you to everyone who has taken the time out to sponsor me for this adventure. Martin, Stuart and I are leaving for Nepal Next Thursday evening and to say that we are excited is a massive understatment. Please follow us on our Blog <a href="http://www.ecb-2011.blogspot.com">www.ecb-2011.blogspot.com</a> feel free to add comments on our posts. Once again thx very much for giving to what is a great cause</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot; COLOR; font-size: 11.5pt;">Steve</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">It seems as though my mid life crisis wants to run & run. Unlike my Great North Run of 2009 which was more like walk & walk after the well documented Boulder incident !! </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">Anyway, moving on to my next challenge. Me and a couple of Gooners (Martin and Stuart) are Trekking to Everest Base Camp this October / November. Hopefully having survived our flight into Lukla Airport at 2800m from Kathmandu. We will embark on 9 days trekking to reach the Everest Base Camp 5360m. A further 4 days trekking will see us back down into Lukla again.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">I have decided to raise money for a local Charity on this occasion. <strong><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;;">The Chigwell Riding Trust For Special Needs</span></strong>. This organisation has made a life changing difference to a personal friend of mine and I thought that this would be a perfect opportunity to give something back to them. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">The Chigwell Riding Trust is wholly dependent on the good will of the community. It is totally self funded and the Trust could not function without voluntary help or donations.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">So please give generously to this great organisation that has made a difference to so many lives.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">I get to see Everest (even if it is from the Base Camp) and the trust gets some much needed cash !!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">I feel that I should point out that I have funded this trip myself and <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">All </span></strong>donations will go straight to the Chigwell Riding Trust.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;"> <span style="color: #ff0000;">Update:</span> April 28th.
