As part of my company Longworth Building Services' pledge to support Alder Hey Children's Hospital in 2020, I have decided to commit to taking part in a 10k run every month during the year.

Those of you that know me well, know that I hate running, and have not run anywhere in over 2 years.  I try to avoid it wherever possible!  So please give generously to ease my pain and miserableness in signing up to do this!
