Hello everyone!

I'm doing this half marathon with my sister in memory of my uncle John Shields and to raise money for this excellent charity.  Please sponsor one (or both!) of us as we are hoping to raise £1,000 between us.  Anything you can give will be appreciated!

Come down on the day to have a laugh at the state we're in if you are in the London area (I have recently had the pleasure of watching my sister Jane jog - not pretty).
