I have decided to raise money for this charity to help them to continue to raise awareness of this disease.  A lot of people still don't know an awful lot about the disease (myself included) despite the media coverage and craze of the ice bucket challenge in recent times. 

I don't think you can really understand how awful it can be to watch a loved one suffer and the effect it has on peoples lives until you know someone that has.  I have learnt a little about the disease through 3 people I know very well and there experience of it.  On behalf of myself and these 3 people (who I wont name as they will know who they are and anyone connected to them will as well) I would like to ask you to dig deep and make a donation.  Hopefully through medical research a cure will be found and in the future people wont need to suffer at the hands of this awful disease.
