STEVEN SURGERY APPEAL

on 21 March 2007
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. My name is Steven, I am 4 years old. I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bone). My doctor says I need sugery on both legs, without which I will be unable to walk. This will also affect my growth as is evident in my picture above. Unfortunately, I cannot get my surgery done on the NHS because I am not a British citizen.
Thank you very much to all who have donated towards my course, nevertheless, I have till April 2008 which is just 2 months away to meet my target. I really cannot do this without you. I really want to be able to walk! Even if it means just being mobile indoors. This will enable me to be independent to a degree without relying on people all the time.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Brittle Bone Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
SHOULD YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS WITH THIS SITE PLS SEND ALL DONATIONS TO BRITTLE BONE SOCIETY, 30 GUTHRIE ST, DUNDEE, DD1 5BS. PLS. MARK ALL CHEQUE WITH STEVENTRUST.
So please sponsor me now! OR
If you would like to fundraise for me, please contact Maureen on 07886939664 or email on opendoorint@hotmail.com for more information.
