Having completed my other challenges this year (see www.justgiving.com/Steves-mad-year-2010 for more details) i was looking for the next challenge...

Here it is - swim the channel in the 'comfort' of the local pool. 12 weeks to swim 22 miles... easy!!! planning on actually doing it all in 18 sessions... that's 17 sets of 80 lengths and 1 of 56... i won't be able to do them on consecutive days 'cos work and babysitting will get in the way...
