3 years ago I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, when you are told you have Cancer you feel like your world has ended, but the people at Prostate Cancer were on hand to give support, help and re-assurance about the journey I was about to begin. 

3 years on I am cured and living a normal life and its time to give something back, I have signed up to cycle from London to Amsterdam in June 2018 and would ask if you could think about supporting my effort with a donation no matter how big or how small, all will be received with equal thanks.
