As most of you are aware, I lost my Father almost a year ago (November 19th) to the terrible disease which is Cancer.

His last few days were spent in the undescribably amazing care of St. Clares Hospice, my family & I are eternally grateful to them for making his time with them so relaxing and peaceful so its only right we ensure they're amazing care lives on to give other pacients this very valuable care.

November is a very signficant month for me as its the date I lost my father as well as being a month to raise awarness for Men's Health, so i will be doing numerous things to raise money; Men's Health Survival of the Fittest, a Fundrasing night (raffles, auctions, HAIR SHAVING) and also a medium night... I'm open to more idea's if you have any!
