As most of you will know, I lost my sister to Leukaemia at the end of 2011. I've decided raise some money in her memory for Teenage Cancer Trust, who really helped make Beth's time in hospital more "bear"able, if you'll excuse the pun.

I am taking part in Tough Mudder, which is an event for totally crazy people who want to have a heart attack whilst running 12 miles with special-forces-style assault course obstacles throughout (around 28 obstacles in total). I had to sign a death waiver to sign up, so this is serious, people!

I'm trying to raise £500 (total company target is £20,000) to make a difference for a young person suffering from cancer in hospital right now.
