Story
I'm taking part in a fire walk for charity ! It may only be a short distance but it's a big challenge - all for a good cause. Please support me as I get ready to walk over hot coals, all in the name of charity called Peeps. Guess it beats throwing myself of tall buildings attached to ropes !!
Peeps support people who have been impacted by Hypoxic-Ischaemic Encephalopathy (HIE) This is where there is a lack of oxygen and blood flow to the brain. It can occur before, during, or shortly after labour. It can happen in older children too. You may also hear the term “asphyxia” or “birth asphyxia”. These mean the same thing.
