A survey carried out in September 2018 revealed that, while our lovely
bells in St James the Great Church, Snitterfield, have been very well looked after, some major work is required to ensure that they—and the bellringers—are safe. The last time any major work was undertaken was in 1887. This current project will ensure their existence for at least another 100 years.
