How Did You Feel??

I’ve been watching DERBY home and away for 50 years and loved it, even in good times as well as bad (and they don’t get much worse than it is now).

I’ve taken stick (like many of you) off other fans who we know (Forest in their glory period) Leeds!! Liverpool!! In 70s etc. But NEVER have I been EMBARRASSED by my club even when we’ve been hammered by teams (Even 2007!!!!) 

That was until Friday when that debtors list came out and it stated the amount of debt we were in. It wasn’t the HMRC or private companies etc that particular bothered me, unfortunately that’s business and it happens (I’ve suffered on more than one occasion!!!). It was the £8000 we owe THE ST JOHNS AMBULANCE that has really disappointed me (I don’t know if MM knew about this?) but how could he allow that to happen???

We need them, and as I walked into PP today, I saw them attending someone (hope they are getting paid!!!) 

We can’t officially pay this debt but I’ve decided to start a just giving page on behalf of the 1000s of us Derby fans who are genuine good honest people who would like to donate (and that’s what it would be a donation) to this organisation and show the football world what we are about.

Wouldn’t it be satisfying to raise £8000 and just show what we are capable of as a group of genuine rams fans?

I know times are hard but it’s only 

8000 x £1 

1600 x £5 

Some may give more (that’s their prerogative) and that makes the target easier and I suppose more realistic but whatever you give, it just shows you care.

We have a nucleus of 30-50000 fans worldwide (obviously not all match goers but still have the RAMS in their hearts).

Whatever we get will be a bonus because the chance of them ever getting their £8000 from DCFC is none.

I’ll start it off today with £100!
