St. Joseph's Launceston Virtual Christmas Fayre

St. Joseph's Launceston Virtual Christmas Fayre · 7 November 2020
Staff, pupils and parents at St Joseph’s School are proud that in these difficult times we can support this excellent local charity. The care and support Cornwall Hospice Care provides for those who need them is quite incredible, and there are many within the St Joseph’s community who have first hand understanding of just what an exceptional team it is that makes the work of the Hospices possible.
This Christmas we are taking part in a whole school Santa Run, and have moved our Christmas Fayre online to raise funds for CHC. On the 13th of December we will be holding a family cook-along with Michelin starred chef Paul Ainsworth to raise further funds. Donations are vital to the service CHC can provide and everyone involved in the Hospice and at St Joseph’s would like to say a huge thank you for any funds raised here.
Our aim is for all people living with a terminal illness in Cornwall to be able to access the care & support they may need at the time & in the place that is right for them & their families. We aspire to deliver the highest possible quality care & support to our patients & their families. We strive to develop & secure the resources necessary to achieve this, both now & in the future. With only 20% of our funding coming from Cornwall's NHS Commissioners, the rest is raised with the support of the people of Cornwall and beyond - thank you all.
