Every year the team at Stockigns/Messagemaker Displays with friends like to push themselves above and beyond for charity. Last year we took our charity challenge to a whole other level. That level was above the clouds! Yes, we went to the clouds and above. We took on the mighty Mt Triglav! Slovenia’s largest mountain. 

We are back again with another challenge called Slovakia Summits for 2023

We have moved one country over to Slovakia. 

This will be a two day challenge taking on some very varied terrain.

Day 1 – Paradise Valley. 18km of exceedingly strenuous valleys, gullies, and ravines. It includes 75m ladder climbs, waterfalls, and some jaw dropping scenery. For this challenge, A person who is surely footed, unlikely to slip or stumble, and will have a good head for heights is the ideal candidate!

Day 2 – Mt Rysy is Poland's highest mountain, we will be climbing this from the Slovakian side. We will have to use our hands to steady ourselves and lift ourselves over boulders. It does not require any ropes or safety equipment, just a sturdy pair of boots and an abundance of courage to face the ordeal!

Our chosen charity for this year is The Children’s Trust. The UK’s leading charity for children with injury. Based in Tadworth (local to our Stocksigns HQ) the Trust runs a range of specialist care, education and therapy services for children and young people from across the UK and the UK’s largest rehabilitation centre for children with acquired brain injury (ABI)
