In this environmental crisis wildlife is contending with habitat loss, pollution and global warming, a contributing factor has been worldwide deforestation.

Increasingly people are affected too, already lives are being shortened by air pollution across the UK.

It is an overwhelming problem but there are things we can do.

One of them is plant more trees.

City of Trees are a charity who plant trees across Greater Manchester and are part of a vision to create a northern forest to lock up 8 million tonnes of Carbon from the air.

We are doing a charity bike ride around Salford and Bolton to raise money for City of Trees.
