Minecraft Marathon World Record Attempt · 24 November 2015

When You Wish Upon a Star has a simple mission: to grant the Wishes of children living with a life threatening illness. Wishes have the power to transform the lives of children and families. Since 1990, we have proudly granted over 19,000 Wishes across the UK. We'd love you to be part of the magic!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to attempt the Guinness World Record for the Longest Time Playing Minecraft, I will also be live streaming the event for all to see the attempt.

The Minecraft Marathon World Record Attempt will be held on 29th January 2016.

Whilst attempting to beat the current record set by Joe Kelly who was also the person who inspired me to head out and attempt the record i will be raising money in aid of When You Wish Upon a Star.

The primary aim of this charity is to grant the wishes of children with a life threatening or terminal illness to make special dreams come true for them and taking their minds of the grueling rounds of treatment / hospital visits that they are subject to even if its only just for one day!

Your donation no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in making a sick child’s wishes come true.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
