Storm The Walls · 19 October 2019 ·
On Saturday 19th October, Esther, Isla and I will be Storming The Walls!
We're tackling a challenging Inflatable 5k course, including overcoming 15 giant obstacles in support of our work with Cambridge & District Youth for Christ.
Few things impact a young person more than spending time with young adults worth imitating.
The vision behind Storm The Walls is to send an army of inspiring young leaders in to local communities around Cambridge to share the love of God in word and action. With your help we can make a difference.
It's no secret that the world can be a dark place for todays young people. With self harm, depression and cyber-bullying on the increase, we might conclude that the enemy has triumphed. But we believe that our young leaders are uniquely positioned to bring hope.
In 2019, Connor, Gemma, Avery and Joe form the strongest gap year team we've ever had. These volunteers work tirelessly for 10 months to see lives transformed. Not only that, they receive world-class training aiming to equip them for a life of sacrifical service.
Your support for this year will provide them with expert training and supervision AND enable us to grow the team into the future. Help us Storm The Walls!
Please consider supporting my lovely 9 and 10 year old as they take on obstacles 10 times their size (with me just trying to keep up!) Every £1 will make a difference and will make them smile!
