Story

Stow-a-Thon is back. Sunday April 30th - Monday 1st May. Midday to midday. 24hours of non-stop live music from Walthamstow in the fantastic pub that is the Rose and Crown. New this year are More News From Nowhere. Yoga and meditiation sessions. DrumaSphere drumming circles. Plus the usual collections in She17, Electronic 17, Walthamstow Folk, Waltham Forest Voices. There's Jig17 putting on a ceilidh again, plus Pixie Presents Victoria Sponge. And traditional bands such as Higham Flyers, Sh!ver and Cowboy Flying Saucer. There's still opportunity to play in a 'Rush Job' open session and of course the overnight jam. Calling all night owls! It's all about raising money for CREST Waltham Forest that supports older people suffering from disabilities and dementia across our borough.
