Participate in this year's virtual Hike for Hospice Androscoggin to remember loved ones who have passed, whether in our care or another, and to raise awareness of the support, kindness, and compassion provided by hospice care at the end of life.

Story

Joyce, our mother, grandmother, and St. Pierre family matriarch was diagnosed with Dementia in April 2017.  She devoted herself to her family, and now we are devoted to ensuring she remains comfortable in her home, with her family by her side. As she has progressed through the stages of her diagnosis, Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice has helped us to do just that.  

These caring professionals go above and beyond to ensure she remains comfortable, clean, and content in her own home. 

We know our mother's diagnosis is a familiar one for many people, and welcome anyone who feels compelled, to donate to this wonderful local organization. And if you enjoy getting outside, you can HIKE FOR HOSPICE along with us.

Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice is about Living. As Maine’s largest and most respected non-profit home healthcare and hospice provider, we are called to serve more than 3,000 patients and their families daily. Androscoggin's Auburn, ME Hospice House, built in 2005, was Maine's first.
