Blackfield Associates are taking on (and conquering) the National 3 Peaks Challenge on July 23rd/24th!

By putting ourselves through the gruelling ascent of the 3 highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within a 24-hour time frame, Blackfield are hoping to raise funds for, and bring awareness to, our Charity Partners; In2Science UK.

In2Science UK work tirelessly to promote Social Mobility and Diversity in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) empowering young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their potential through life-changing opportunities that give them insights into careers and research, and boost their skills and confidence.  For some, getting into their desired field can seem like an uphill struggle, so what better way to highlight awareness than struggling up a few hills!

Operating at the forefront of the Life Sciences industry, Blackfield Associates recognises firsthand the difficulties companies face when recruiting new and aspiring talent, as well as the difficulties younger people can face when trying to break into what is truly a fantastic industry.

With our physical suffering, and your generosity, together we can help In2Science UK continue to do the good work they do with disadvantaged young people, providing them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to pursue higher education courses at University, gain relevant STEM work experience and keep those bright and creative minds flowing into STEM professions across the UK.
