Story

Hey Guys!

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Strafe Creative - JustGiving page.

Continuing on Strafe Creative's philosophy of design with a conscience their designers will be taking part in the Mens Health 10k which is in Notitngham in October.

The Notts Survival course is part urban and part "rural". It’s a very green course and at nearly 12km in length, this is a long 10k too! We start with a run out of the City Centre, along the river Trent using paths and minor roadways, connecting you with the National Watersports Centre at Holme Pierrepoint and back into the city again, via Adbolton and the Nottingham Forest Football club ground. Now this may soudn a bit easy so for every 1k competed there will be an obstacle!

As for the obstacles;

1.    Farmer Giles – Hay bale wall
2.    ParKour
3.    You're in the Army Now
4.    Walk the Walk
5.    Slippery when Wet
6.    Roadworks Slalom
7.    Urban Jungle
8.    For Goodness Shakes Roar of the Terraces
9.    Under Armour Zone
10.    The Men's Health Wall

The Chairty we are aiming to raise money for is the Cerebral Palsy Sport Charity. This Charity works with people with cerebral palsy, providing opportunities to individuals of all ages- from the recreational, through to Paralympic competition. Cerebral Palsy Sport is about having fun and enabling individuals to develop their mobility and self-confidence in a safe and inclusive environment.
