Support strukta in our fantastic fitness feat this winter.
We've challenged our team to cycle and walk a whopping 392 miles this Winter in aid of Cancer Research UK. Our Fit Bit activity trackers, and office exercise bike will travel to all 7 of our Trade Stores as we aim to raise £1,000 for Cancer Research UK!
As we head into the festive period, we're all desperately trying to avoid the dreaded winter weight gain! We'll forgo the bench-press for the biscuits and the treadmill for the truffles and before we know it - we've piled on the pounds.
We all know that hitting the gym is good for our waistline! But did you know that just a little physical activity can help prevent life threatening diseases? Statistics show that 3,500 cancer causes in the UK could be prevented by physical activity.
Why 392 miles?
115 miles longer than the length of the Grand Canyon, almost 15 London Marathons and only 4 miles more than a road trip from Barcelona to Madrid
It's also a round trip between our 7 Trade Stores.
