Clergy Walking Challenge for Christian Aid · 10 May 2021

Christian Aid Week 2021
Campaign by Christian Aid (RCN 1105851, SC039150)
Drought drives people to the brink. Storms tear families apart. Raging waters show no mercy. In Kenya the climate crisis has made weather more extreme, whether long drought or relentless rainstorms. Join us this Christian Aid Week (10th -16th) May!

Story

This year is the 75th Anniversary of Christian Aid week. We, at St Stephen's Ealing, have for many years been keen to support Christian Aid week.

Steve, Caroline and Sam are each aiming to walk 75,000 steps during Christian Aid week (10th-16th May) and are inviting joint sponsorship as a clergy team.

(Sam is fronting this page on behalf of the clergy team).

The climate crisis is having a devastating impact on communities in Kenya. Right now families struggle to survive without a reliable water source. Every day, they walk further, dig deeper and build stronger to survive. Unrelenting. Determined. Join us this Christian Aid Week as we stand together with those on the frontlines to battle coronavirus and fight for climate justice.

Many thanks, Steve, Caroline and Sam.
