I am taking part in an exciting challenge over three days (23rd/24th/25th September), as part of the HSBCs Team Scotland, I will be cycling from Scotland to Birmingham in aid of Alzheimer's, a charity close to home as I lost my Dad to this disease.

We are part of other HSBC location teams who will be converging on Birmingham for the challenge but Team Scotland has the furthest to travel and probably the most hilly route.

Although I am a keen cyclist this is the first time I will have done consecutive long distance riding over a number of days so am really looking forward to the challenge and meeting and riding with my fellow members of Team Scotland.
