This year we are going bigger and better. I will be riding along with six of my fellow Lycra loving mates – collectively known as the Dengie Cycling Club – who enjoy rolling around the Essex countryside on two wheels of a weekend. Be under no illusion though, this will be tough for us. Essex is flat like the pancake. The Ride London route not so much, at least by our standards!
