As some people know i have been lucky enough to have cancer spotted at a very early, treatable stage. I am on the mend and should be 100% back to be my usual obnoxious self before too long.

But there are others who need more help and there is never enough resource for everyone. Therefore it is time for me to do my bit.... and maybe get a little fitter in the process.
