Hi everyone!

So competing in two boxing matches last year obviously wasn't quite enough of a challenge, so I am continuing to embrace my mid-life crisis and have signed up to the London Marathon.

Anyone who has seen me play football or rugby knows, amongst other things, that I'm not a natural runner!  This is a massive challenge for me.  I'm training really hard and would hugely appreciate your support!

I'm running to raise money for Disability Rights UK.  This is an amazing charity that helps disabled people live independent lives and get education, employment and skills.  It also works on a wider scale to influence public attitudes and behaviours.  Seeking to change perceptions of disability and tackle hostility, bullying and hate crime.
