I am 60 years young,  a  Father, Grand father and Great Grand father, I run to help my mental health , I realised as Ive got older that we mostly take with very little giving back, I'm lucky I enjoy running and always looking for a new challenge so why not combine the 2 and raise money and awareness for the NSPCC our younger generation deserve our support.
