A team of runners from the BAE Systems F-35 programme are taking part in the Bupa Great Manchester Run on the 18th May 2014 raising money for "Cancer Research UK"

The team is made up of the following runners: Gary Burns, Richard Dewer, Chris Hudson, Carly Slack, Gary Clayden, Derek Forrest, Phil Plummer, Stuart Ormsby, Natalie Bridge, Marie Whitworth, Karl Gibson, Ray Woodhouse, Fionna Greenwood, Thomas Neville, Dan Bolton, Dave Tierney, Rachel Clark, Dean Middlehurst, Ciara Bradley.

Cancer Research UK's vision is to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

In the 1970s, less than a quarter of people with cancer survived. But over the last 40 years, survival has doubled – today half will survive

Cancer Research UK's ambition is to accelerate progress and see three-quarters of people surviving the disease within the next 20 years

Please support the team in this event and help us help Cancer Research UK to "Beat Cancer Sooner"
