I'm running the Great South Run on 16th October.

This year, I'm running for a charity that is very close to my family's heart - The Solent MS Therapy Centre.

Terrie's Nan was was diagnosed with MS just after I was welcomed into the family, over 15 years ago.  It's something she has to live with daily but this fantastic charity are there to provide the therapy sessions and give her the support she needs.

We are really thankful for everything they do, I'm really honoured to run for them and proud to do it for Nanny Portsmouth!

It's going to be hard work, and I'm sure I'll be exhausted at the end but I know the pain will go in a few days. Our nan isn't that lucky but she is a warrior and always battles on.
