On July 31st 2011 I am participating in an extreme endurance event, "Tough Guy - Nettle Warrior". Its an 8 mile course with fire, barbed wire, water tunnels, cattle prods and all other sorts of other lovely obstacles to overcome.

While I am having doubts about completing this event, I am fuelling my determination to do it by raising funds for a very special cause, my Cousin Charlie's charity.

The Charlie Ramsey Research Fund.

Charlie has endured 9 heart operations in her first 4 years of
life. Eventually Charlie’s heart will tire of having to do the work
of 2 pumping chambers, the only option for Charlie will be a heart
transplant. Due to a severe shortage of donor hearts, many
babies & children die before a heart becomes available.
