1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, or 1 in 4 if you're a black man.

As someone who has been through it myself, this cause is incredibly personal. After successfully receiving HIFU treatment to remove prostate cancer tumours, I continue to have check-ups every six months.

This November, I’m taking on the Walk 60 Miles Challenge to raise funds for Prostate Cancer Research and help improve outcomes for other men and their families.
