Story
On 18th April 2000 we learned our Mum had lost her battle with leukemia. At the time she left behind Nicole (aged 7) Stuart (aged 12) and Kevin (aged 19) and her Husband and soul mate Jeremy.
Over the last 20/21 years has had it challenges for us all as a family. Unfortunately on 27th January 2021 all our world's were again turned upside down when our Dad Jeremy was diagnosed with cancer.
Since then it has been a whirlwind of emotions, appointments, hospital visits and surgery. I think the hardest part for us kids was not being able to go to hospital to see him after his major surgery.
Dad is keeping so optimistic and taking each day as it comes and his speech is improving on a daily and he makes us 3 burst with pride.
It's horrible to have anyone get cancer but when both your parents have been diagnosed within your lifetime well that is extra hard.
So we have agreed as Brothers and Sister we are ALL going to shave our heads to mark the end of Dad's treatment along with it being in memory of our amazing Mum and my Dads amazing soul mate.
