A PR Guy's Musings by Stuart Bruce · 14 July 2007

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Thank you for visiting my MND fundraising page, dedicatated to my Mum - Rose Bruce, who only has a short while left in this world.

I've been writing my PR blog for five years now and hopefully some visitors and subscribers  (and you're in four figures now) have enjoyed at least some of the conversations.

If you have then I'd like to make a special plea for you to give some money to the Motor Neurone Disease Association. This is a special charity for me, which two years ago I didn't even know existed - I didn't even know what MND was. But then my Mum was diagnosed with MND. For me that's perhaps the most shocking thing about MND, it's not just what it does to the person you love, but also the fact that so few people know about it.

Please dig deep and give a little something. If every subscriber to A PR Guy's Musings gives just a £1 each then we will more than meet the arbiary target I've set.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: the Motor Neurone Disease Association will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please give a little now!

Many thanks for your support.
