Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'd just popped out for a packet of Chewits and some line out practice when Lawrence "very kindly" invited me to take part in his idea of a gentle cycle ride. It's not the kind of invitation you can decline, so best get stuck in I thought.

So here I am, sporting the offical cycle slam haircut for aerodynamic efficiency (as is Lawrence), riding in stage 4 of the Dallaglio Cycle Slam, from Twickenham to Fishguard via Cardiff, 265 ish miles in the cold, wind & rain of March 2010.  Which is actually a great opportunity to help raise funds for some really important causes and watch England winning the 6 Nations along the way....

Our overall target is to raise over £1m for some fantastic charities, including Sport Relief, Cancer Research UK, Help for Heroes, DebRA and Leukaemia Research.

I've set myself a personal target of raising £5,000, so please dig deep and donate as much as you possibly can.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks very much for your generous support.

Stuart.
