Kidney Cancer Scotland aims at increasing awareness of kidney cancer among health professionals and the general public. It supports patients and their families through the provision of information and research into the causes, prevention and treatment of the disease.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I lost my precious dad in August after a very quick and aggressive illness. Dad (Stuart) was 69, fit, healthy and full of life. Kidney cancer is known as the silent killer, Dad showed no symptoms, he was just very tired.  Our lives have changed for ever but if we can raise awareness and educate people on the symptoms of kidney cancer, hopefully no other family will experience the heartbreak we have.

I hope to follow in dad's footsteps and complete the West Highland Way (96 miles) in 3 days raising as much money and awareness as I can for kidney cancer.
