Meningitis is one of the biggest killers of children below the age of 5 globally. The disease can result in death in a matter of hours and bacterial meningitis causes approximately 170,000 deaths annually.

I found out about the 'Choose A Challenge' trek on my university's, fresher's Facebook group. I was greatly intrigued by the opportunity of doing something so incredible and for an even more incredible cause.
