Story

In February 2012, a week before we were due to have our 12 week scan, we learned that we had lost our new baby at 8 weeks. This would have been our second baby making Finley an older brother.

Although a desperately sad time we have remained strong and positive. We feel very lucky to have the support of some wonderful friends and family and we keep smiling for our amazing son.

I personally wanted to do something special in memory of the new baby we lost whilst also raising money for a worthwhile charity that supports people who find themselves in a similar position to ourselves.

I will be running the BUPA Great North Run in September (2012) and the London Marathon in 2013, including 1300 training miles for all the babies that haven't made it into this world and for their families who didn't get the chance to meet them.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Please dig deep and donate now.
