2018 was a year of dramatic and traumatic  personal change. As I struggled through 2018 the year ended with the passing of someone who was truly a lovely and kind person. It gave me perspective. 

I count my blessings: recognising that I am surrounded by love and friendship which is the wind that makes me soar. 2019 is the start of taking life by the balls and living it -  fully and positively. So a solo trek in China to raise money for a very, very good cause  should put words into deeds!
