Roll over for NHS · 16 May 2020

NHS Charities Together and its members across the UK are hugely grateful for the support received from so many since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

I have been a NHS Health Care Worker for the last 32 years. Since the Covid crisis it has been obvious that NHS and social care HCWs have been thrust in to front line of the efforts to combat this deadly invisible killer. Appropriate PPE is in short supply in-spite of the tremendous effort by the UK government to procure it. With your help I want to do a tiny bit to help these brave warriors who work in NHS and social care on the forntline to be able to safely deliver the right care and right now to help our needy Covid afflicted patients to be able to get better and return to their families.

Rolling over on the side or head first to cover a long distance is form of a 5000 year old ancient Hindu/Buddhist penance of doing every activities the difficult and an unusual way. I will be covering 1 Km by rolling over (horizontally/head first) in my garden and hopefully still have my spine intact at the end of this. This will be broadcast on Facebook live on 10/05/2020 from 1100 am until 1900 pm.

I sincerely hope that you will support and donate to help me reach the target which in turn will help the NHS directly.

Kind regards
