Story

Thanks for your support with my London Marathon Just-Giving challenge!

My dear wife Dr Nayneeta Deshmukh died of non smoker Lung cancer on the 4th of November 2020 after a brief illness. I wish no one ( young or old) should die of cancer.

I have never run a half marathon and let alone a full Marathon. Now in the my 60th year of my life,  I have decided do run the Virtual London Marathon 2021 on the 3rd of October 2021. I will be running the circumference of the Summerfield park  (Birmingham B16 0BT) on the this day from 0900-1600. I will be doing 26 rounds of this park. Please come to cheer me along. You can of course run/walk with me to give me encouragement.

Institute of Cancer Research is a one of the world's most influential cancer research organisations, with an outstanding record of achievement. However it requires continuous funding to continue its ground breaking research to find a cure for cancer. Please donate generously.

My page donations will be sent direct to the charity in a fast and secure way. Its efficient, saves time and cuts costs for the charity. Let's do this!
